Our Payment Terms and Conditions

Dear LoveDee Baby customers please read these terms carefully before using our secure online payments facility. Using the secure online payments facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms please do not use this facility.

• Your payment may take a minimum of 3 working days to reach the account to which you are making a payment. (This includes time to verify your credit/debit card details with your credit/debit card supplier and for payment to reach our account.)
• We can not accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier (due to the customer quoting incorrect card details or other reasons).
• If the credit/debit card supplier declines payment, LoveDee Baby will bring this fact to the customer’s attention. We advise that customers should also check with their bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from their account.

Confirmation of Payment

You will receive a confirmation of your payment by email as well as an on screen confirmation after you make the payment.
