Our Returns Policy
If you’re happy then we are too. So, sadly, if for any reason you’re not pleased with your purchase, we will happily exchange or refund any items that are unworn, in the original condition and packaging with tag intact, if returned within 14 days of receipt. All you need to do is:
- E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0845 2725 240 quoting your order number
- We’ll send you an electronic returns form that you just need to print off, complete in full and send back together with the item(s) to the return address detailed
- If you require an exchange (when item(s) in stock) we’ll send this to you within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods. If the item(s) is not in stock we will let you know so either a full refund will be given or with your consent an exchange will be made when the item is back in stock however, we will be unable to refund any postage costs
- If a refund is required this will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving returned goods via the same method items were purchased, however this will be excluding postage costs (for receiving or returning goods).
For peace of mind we strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery and you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
